Join us for this free live music series in The Outer Space @ 16th & Welton Monday-Friday from 11AM-1PM and Thursday-Saturday from 4-7PM; and on both Denver Pavilions Plazas Thursday-Saturday from 4-7 PM. Amp up your lunch routine, after work drinks, morning meetings, and more with this free music series all summer long.

The Downtown Denver Partnership and the City & County of Denver present Meet in the Street: a vibrant summer festival taking over the 16th. Street Mall on the following weekends: May 29-31, July 3-5, August 7-8 and September 4-6. Development in Upper Downtown
Since 2015, 7 ground-up development projects have been completed in Upper Downtown adding 1,500 hotel rooms, 565 rental units, and 600,000 square feet of office to the district. All in all, these developments total 145 stories added to the skyline.
In addition to ground-up development, much of the recent investment in this area has been via significant renovations of existing office buildings over the last few years, including 410 17th, 1801 Broadway, 1670 Broadway, 1630 Welton, 700 17th, and more.
